Ed Byman, CEO & President
After a successful collegiate career with the University of Connecticut, Mr. Byman began playing professional golf on several International tours, which included a victory at the 1974 Mexican Open. He later played on the PGA Tour from 1978-1980. Mr. Byman then began his second career as a sales agent for several of golf’s leading brands. In his over 20 year golf sales career, he was recognized several times as a national sales leader for leading brands, including Nike Golf, Cobra, Etonic and Orlimar.
Zack Veasey,
, VP Sales
Mr. Veasey managed one of America’s top proshops at Hillandale Golf Course, was elected President of the Carolinas Section of the PGA, has been recognized as one of golf’s top merchandisers. Most recently, Mr. Veasey served as an Executive Board Member of the PGA of America.
W. David Hunt, CFO & VP
Mr. Hunt brings a prestigious public accounting background to Global Value Commerce. Mr. Hunt rose through the ranks of Arthur Andersen to become the Managing Partner of the Greensboro and Raleigh, NC offices. He later served as a Partner with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu prior to joining Global Value Commerce in 2006. Mr. Hunt has advised several public companies in public offerings, acquisitions and divestitures.
Mitesh Patel, COO & VP
Mr. Patel has served in executive positions with leading companies such as Motorola, Avesair, and Compaq. Prior to Global Value Commerce, Mr. Patel served as Software & Technology VP with art.com, where he led the development group of this top 100 online retailer.
Rick Oldach, Executive Vice President
With over thirty years in the business, Mr. Oldach has served in multiple capacities from key account director, account representative, and VP worldwide sales and marketing. Mr. Oldach has held executive level positions with many leading golf companies, including Orlimar and Lynx.
